Refund Policy

DAN membership and dive accident insurance plans provide benefits to divers and travelers from the date of purchase. If you have not departed on your trip or collected benefits under either your membership or dive accident insurance, you have the right to cancel your membership, insurance, or both for a full refund within 10 days of purchase. Other requests for full or partial refunds will be evaluated on the facts of each request. Note that once you have collected benefits under either your membership of dive accident insurance, no refund is available. To initiate the cancellation/refund process for membership, the primary member must request that the membership be cancelled. To initiate the cancellation/refund process for dive accident insurance, each insured must submit a request to cancel with a handwritten signature.
